This is reflected in our diverse teams, which encompass individuals with doctorates in biology and seasoned philosophers.

Strategic Service Consulting is headed by Dirk K. Martin, founder and CEO of Serviceware, and Dr. Florian Meister, former Junior Partner (Principal) at A.T. Kearney.

Dirk K. Martin

Dirk K. Martin pursued his education in industrial engineering at the Technical University in Darmstadt. Throughout his academic journey, Martin accumulated substantial consulting expertise, focusing particularly on efficient consulting management to enhance the overall return on consulting. In 1998, following the successful completion of his studies, Martin co-founded PM Computer Services GmbH & Co. KG (PMCS) alongside Harald Popp, marking the inception of what is now Serviceware. Beyond his professional endeavors, Martin has been actively involved in political and social initiatives. Notably, he served as the treasurer of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation from 2004 to 2006 and held the position of national chairman for the association "Die Jungen Unternehmer - BJU" from 2006 to 2009.

Dr. Florian Meister

Since 2012, Dr. Florian Meister has served as the Managing Director of Strategic Service Consulting GmbH. Throughout his academic journey at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster, this business IT specialist garnered extensive experience in software development for international companies, including stints at IBM and Steria Mummert Consulting. Following the completion of his studies, Meister joined Corporate Transformation Group (CTG) in 2001, a strategy consultancy. In 2007, he transitioned to A.T. Kearney, a leading top management consultancy, where he played a pivotal role in major projects at the intersection of IT and business as a member of the extended management board. Dr. Meister holds an interdisciplinary doctorate focusing on change management in complex corporate structures and has authored numerous publications on business process management.

Leveraging his wealth of experience in top management consulting, he addresses strategic issues at Strategic Service Consulting.

Dr. Alexander Becker

Dr. Alexander Becker holds the position of Senior Manager at Strategic Service Consulting. He pursued his academic journey in industrial engineering with a specialization in computer science in Karlsruhe and earned his doctorate in Darmstadt, focusing on the economic efficiency of IT architectures. With extensive experience in top management consulting, Dr. Becker previously served as a project manager in the Business Technology Office of McKinsey & Company. His proficiency spans IT strategy, IT service management, and IT architecture, as well as the streamlined design of customer service processes.

Throughout his consulting career, Dr. Becker has provided strategic guidance to clients in the industrial and retail sectors, as well as technology and software companies.

At Strategic Service Consulting, he brings his wealth of expertise to the role of senior manager, contributing to integrated consulting and implementation projects.

Dr. Daniel Stock

Dr. Daniel Stock is a partner at Strategic Service Consulting. This industrial engineer embarked on his professional journey with the prominent management consultancy McKinsey & Company, Inc. in 2006, immediately following the completion of his studies at the University of Karlsruhe. During his tenure at McKinsey, specifically within the Business Technology Office (BTO), he played a pivotal role in structuring and supporting business and IT transformations for international corporations. Taking a leave of absence, Dr. Stock pursued and completed his doctorate at the Institute for Information Systems at the University of St. Gallen, concentrating on corporate management systems. Since 2014, he has been an integral part of the team at Strategic Service Consulting GmbH.

Given his extensive experience in overseeing large-scale projects, Dr. Stock's primary focus at Strategic Service Consulting GmbH revolves around vendor and project management issues.
